		<description>Yeah I&#039;ll be looking into that. I really wish my institution had their own repository that they promoted and made (at least partially) open. It&#039;d probably make PIs much more comfortable about submitting data in that fashion.</description>

		<description>I think the best thing you can do is make your data freely available (CC-BY or any other Open Data license), and to submit as much of your results into public repositories. In many cases that will even get you feedback on what you do for free.</description>
